1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Premier Clean KC website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Service agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Description

Premier Clean KC provides professional house cleaning services in the Kansas City area, including:

  • Deep Cleaning - comprehensive home cleaning services
  • Move Out Cleaning - thorough cleaning for rental properties
  • Biweekly Maintenance Cleaning - recurring maintenance services
  • Recurring Cleaning - scheduled regular cleaning services

Service availability is limited to our designated service areas in the Kansas City region, including Kansas City, Lee's Summit, Blue Springs, Grain Valley, Oak Grove, Liberty, Parkville, and Gladstone.

3. Booking and Payment

Scheduling: To book our services, you must complete our online booking form or call us directly. A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from Premier Clean KC.

Pricing: All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be provided in your booking confirmation based on the scope of service.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

Taxes and Fees: You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes or other government-imposed fees related to your booking.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

No-Show: If you are not available at your scheduled service time and have not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, a no-show fee equal to 100% of the service cost will be charged.

Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Availability is subject to our scheduling and may require a different date.

5. Service Terms and Conditions

Scope of Work: Our cleaning services include standard cleaning of interior surfaces, floors, bathrooms, and living areas as specified in your booking. Special requests or additional services may incur extra charges.

Property Access: You must provide adequate access to the property at the scheduled time. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by inability to access the property.

Pre-Existing Damage: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, stains, or conditions. Our services are not designed to repair or restore damaged surfaces.

Personal Items: Please secure or remove valuable items, personal documents, and medications before our team arrives. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property.

6. Move Out Cleaning Guarantee

For Move Out Cleaning services, we guarantee that the property will meet landlord-approved standards for cleanliness. If the landlord or property inspector identifies cleaning deficiencies within 24 hours of service completion, we will return to address specific issues at no additional charge.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by tenants, structural issues, or cleaning requests outside the scope of standard move-out cleaning.

7. Recurring Service Terms

Subscription Services: Recurring cleaning services are provided on a subscription basis according to the agreed schedule (e.g., biweekly, weekly).

Automatic Renewal: Your recurring service will continue until you provide written notice of cancellation. Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled service.

Schedule Changes: We will attempt to maintain the same service team and schedule, but changes may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified of any significant changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premier Clean KC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Premier Clean KC, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of our services or the condition of your property after cleaning. We do not guarantee specific stain removal, odor elimination, or permanent results, as these depend on many factors beyond our control.

11. Website Terms

License: Premier Clean KC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for lawful purposes only.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to: use the website for any unlawful purpose; harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person; transmit obscene or offensive content; disrupt the normal flow of dialogue within our website; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Content: All content on our website is the property of Premier Clean KC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

12. Third-Party Links and Content

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of such content or websites. Your use of third-party websites is subject to their terms and conditions.
